RNCM In The CityAmor, Madrigals and Murder! A 50-minute lunchtime recital performed by second-year vocalists at the RNCM, directed by postgraduate student Jessica Gillingwater.

 

This event is part of RNCM in the City, one of the RNCM’s special anniversary projects running throughout the 2012/13 season which celebrate the Royal Northern College of Music’s 40th anniversary. RNCM in the City is a series of 40 free public events featuring music of all shapes and forms in 40 different venues across Manchester and Salford marking this special anniversary. Other projects include Ludwig van, an eight-month Beethoven Festival during which all nine of his symphonies will be performed alongside a host of related study days and other events.
